I am committed to learning the TPM Process so that I can partner with the Mentee in the learning of this process. I have watched all the TPM Training videos on https://donbushnellministries.org/tpm-training/. I plan on watching all the TPM Training videos on the DBM TPM Training webpage before chaperoning my first TPM Training session. I am committed to being the first line of ministry if the Mentee is having a bad day. In the event that the Mentee is suicidal, is in need of drug or alcohol treatment, or marriage counseling, I will be able to help them and/or I know who to connect them with to get help for those issues.
